DANTE BAUTISTA – PRESIDENT & CEO
Dante Bautista is a real estate investor and skilled healthcare professional with 14 years’ experience as manager and/or owner of numerous residential, assisted-living and hospice care facilities in Arizona and other states. The guiding principles are to provide exceptional service and value to all clients.
CHARMAINE RAMOS – COO
Charmaine Ramos joined Dante in 2013 and is instrumental in day-to-day operations of the facilities they operate, including hiring and training staff, overseeing marketing and developing facility managers.
Dante and Charmaine opened their first hospice in Riverside County, Calif., in 2013 and have expanded to seven currently operational in California, four in Arizona (with nine more awaiting inspection and accreditation), six in Nevada, four in Texas, and one in New Mexico. Currently, they are focused on developing more group homes for elderly residents in Arizona, with seven group homes operating throughout the state and a planned acquisition of a mixed-use corporate headquarters, office rentals and assisted living. In addition to facilities management, Dante and Charmaine are deeply involved in giving back to their local communities through such efforts as a butterfly release program, volunteerism, and uniquely crafting bears to provide comfort to family members experiencing bereavement.
They also are involved in investments in other asset classes, including notes & trust deeds, self-directed IRAs, real estate, and construction.
